Blue Hammer Provider Agreement

By registering as a Blue Hammer service provider, you agree to:

  1. Follow the platform rules and code of conduct at all times.
  2. Provide transparent, honest pricing in all quotations submitted through the app.
  3. Process all quotations, bookings and payments through the Blue Hammer app.
  4. Obtain explicit customer approval through the app before charging for any additional work beyond the agreed quote.
  5. Respond to all job requests within 24 hours — either to accept or decline.
  6. Upload before and after completion evidence before marking any job as complete.
  7. Maintain valid trade certifications and insurance for all services you offer on the platform.
